If you followed me on insta, you'll know kalo aku baru aja dapet musibah di awal tahun. Well, musibah yang dialami sebagian besar penduduk Jakarta dan Tangerang. Promise you bakal ada post yang berisi sedikit curahan hatiku tentang kejadian tersebut. Tapi di post kali ini kita akan step aside topik itu dan membahas tentang ARRA Beauty terlebih dulu. Promise you there will be a post of it later. But this time I'd like to step it aside and discuss about ARRA Beauty first. Without further do, let's start...!!!

What’s up guys?! Time for skincare review series from me!

This time, I tried Lancôme Advanced Génifique Youth Activating Serum

Aku mendengar beberapa review yang cukup menyanjung produk ini. Setelah mencoba foundie couple times ago dan puas dengan hasilnya, aku jadi tergoda mencoba produk lain dari Lancome.

Nah, setiap mencoba skincare baru, melihat list kandungan adalah hal yang pertama kulakukan. Attracted to Sodium Hyaluronate dan Glycerin dalam produk ini. Sodium Hyaluronate merupakan sodium salt dari hyaluronic acid dan glycerin sendiri dikenal mampu melembabkan kulit by drawing water into skin’s outer layer. Keduanya jelas masuk jajaran ingredients yang kusuka karena bisa bekerja baik untuk jenis kulitku. Normal to dry.

Selain itu, perlu diperhatikan di dalam produk ini terdapat kandungan Sodium Benzoate yang mampu mencegah bakteri serta memproteksi kulit dari sinar UVB jika dicampur dengan skincare berkandungan kafein.

But……. ada baiknya penggunaan serum ini nggak dicampur dengan skincare dengan kandungan Vitamin C. Jika kalian ingin menggunakan serum ini pada pagi hari, mungkin Vitamin C serum yang kalian punya bisa digunakan pada malam hari. Better not to mix it. The Cosmetics Database menyebutkan untuk tidak mencampurnya dengan Vitamin C karena bisa memicu timbulnya benzene.

Aku memulai penggunaan LancômeAdvanced Génifique Youth Activating Serum

dari satu minggu lalu. Kugunakan sebagai serum pada pagi hari, sebelum menggunakan moisturizer dan sunscreen. Result? Dark spots bekas jerawat memang belum hilang tapi bisa kupastikan mulai tampak memudar. Nggak sejelas biasanya. Hopefully dengan rutin pemakaian I got a radiant skin. This time, I tried Lancôme Advanced Génifique Youth Activating Serum

I heard some flattering reviews about this serum. After tried out their foundie couple times ago, I have to admit I am tempted to try another Lancome products.

Every time I would like to test out new skincare on my face, read its ingredients list is the first thing I do. Attracted to Sodium Hyaluronate dan Glycerin inside this serum. Sodium Hyaluronate is sodium salt of hyaluronic acid and glycerin was known able to hydrate skin and help it hold on to moistureby drawing water into skin’s outer layer. Both of them are defitnitely fave ingredients for my skin type. Normal to dry.

Beside that, there’s Sodium Benzoate which capable of preventing bacteria and protect skin from UVB if it mixed with skincare with caffeine ingredients.

But……. it would be better not to mix this serum with any of Vitamin C product. The Cosmetics Database said if you mix them, it might be a trigger for benzene.

I started to useLancôme Advanced Génifique Youth Activating Serum

a week ago. I wear it every morning before moisturizer and sunscreen. Result? Dark spots haven’t completely gone yet but it’s fading for sure. Hopefully I’ll get a radiant skin soon. Stay tuned on my instagram as well :)

This Magic Dry Oil

Couple days ago I was asked by Beautynesia team to come to Bio-Oil event. Dari sini aku mengenal produk ajaib satu ini. Para narasumber yang turut hadir yaitu Ayu Hastari (influencer), Dr. Heru Nugroho, Sp.KK (Dermatologist), Ibu Nurhayatini (Product Manager, PT Radiant Sentral Nutrindo).
